The Cauliflower Hotel has recently undergone numerous renovations. As a result of this face-lift, we now have some amazing new spaces that can cater to events of all kinds. From small, intimate gatherings, to large scale parties and soirees. Whether we are catering to a work function, Christmas Party, a socialising or networking event, or a cocktail party, The Cauliflower Hotel boasts an amazing atmosphere which is guaranteed to help you create the ambiance you are looking for, next time you arrange to go out.

Our Spaces

The Forgotten Cask Cocktail, Rum and Gin Bar

With a capacity capability of 100-120 people cocktail style, AV capabilities and the benefit of having a private bar upstairs. You can exclusively hire the whole the entire Forgotten Cask Bar upstairs including the Rooftop Garden Terrace and Palm Lounge.Another beautiful spot for functions is also located on level two of The Cauliflower Hotel – the Rooftop Garden Terrace & Cocktail Bar.

Located upstairs, this area provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, as well as direct access to our Cocktail Bar. Soak up the sun during the day, or gaze at the stars at night whilst enjoying good food, great drinks and the company of friends or colleagues. This space is also available on its own.

The Cauliflower Hotel offers catering with Vegetarian, Gluten-Free and Vegan options.

This area boasts other facilities such as Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, an abundance of natural light and plenty of street parking. (Although if you or your guests are drinking, make sure you have a Plan B instead of driving!)

All Covid-19 safety protocols are adhered to, social distancing is facilitated and all patrons in the upstairs area of The Cauliflower Hotel must be 18 years of age or older and must have valid proof of ID on them at all times.  We also expect all patrons to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol Laws.

At The Cauliflower Hotel’s Forgotten Cask Cocktail, Rum & Gin Bar, you and your guests will enjoy our popular venue, with our in-house music to entertain yourself and your guests whilst being lavished with delicious food and amazing drinks.

The Palm Lounge @ The Cauliflower Hotel, Waterloo

Located on level two of The Cauliflower Hotel is The Palm Lounge. This is a vibrant space with wood awnings and an urban design.

With space to fit up to 50 guests standing, and dining options available, this is your perfect place to hold a private function or your next casual get-together.

The Cauliflower Hotel offers catering and (obviously!) alcohol options with Vegetarian, Gluten-Free and Vegan options.

Furnished with the DJ Deck for your very own DJ, and the Rum and Gin bar just a short distance away, for those wanting a dedicated, exclusive Bar and Bartender,  The Palm Lounge offers privacy without closing your party in, and still allowing for that bar vibe to permeate.

Table Bookings

Table or small-area bookings may be made within all of these individual spaces, at no cost.

To book the exclusive use of the whole of our upstairs area, a minimum spend may apply.

Whether you are hosting your own trivia night, or charity event, or arranging a corporate function, or sporting event, areas and spaces throughout the hotel are available for bookings.

Kid-friendly areas allow for family daytime functions, christenings or engagement parties.

We can arrange DJs or bands for your events – or you can BYO -band!
