The Cauliflower Hotel, owned and run by Pippi (Billingham) Drew and Justin Drew, knows what’s up with their competitive offering of on-arrival snacks, bottomless Aperol Spritzes, bubbles and delicious mains all in their rooftop cocktail bar ‘The Forgotten Cask’, replete with its own sunny garden terrace. Move over boring bottomless brunches, there’s a new weekend winner in town.
