A stained-glass window spelling out Cauliflower Hotel in an art deco font is a focal point just above the top-shelf row of rum. It was once on the front door, welcoming patrons into the “gaming bar” but is now a testament to the pub’s south Sydney history, dating back to 1838. In the past two years new owners Justin and Pippi Drew have given it an impressive makeover.
