Book in a group of four to ten mates and you’ll be met with a delightful spring menu with accompanying bottomless drinks.
The Cauliflower Hotel is now offering a choice of two Bottomless Brunches options!
Mexican Bottomless Brunch
The Mexican Bottomless Brunch option will tempt you with starters including corn fritters, and a choice of Tacos such as Pork Carnitas, Southern Fried Chicken and Baja Fish Tacos.
Then two hours of unadulterated bliss with serves of Black Bean Nachos, beef Chilli Con Carne, Pulled pork nachos, burrito bowl and Maxican loaded Schnitzels.
All of this will be accompanied by bottomless Tommy’s Margaritas, prosecco, French rosé, beers and more.
Mediterranean Bottomless Brunch
Similarly, the Mediterranean Bottomless Brunch sees your party treated to Warm Olives, summer scallops, flame-grilled smoked Chorizo and Arancini, with a side of garlic bread and Greek salad, to start you off.
This is followed by two hours of blissfully decadent mains such as beef cheek Ragu, prawn sliders, pea & mint Risotto and a Souvlaki Grill choice of lamb backstrap skewers, chicken breast skewers or grilled Halloumi.
This delicious repast is rounded off with a decadent platter of desserts with homemade Golden Gaytime, chocolate crème brulee, passionfruit and coconut slice, honeycomb, soft meringue, brownie soil, berry coulis, tequila apple foam and cream Chantilly to finish off your meal brunch.
All of this will be accompanied by bottomless Aperol Spritzes, prosecco, French rosé, beers and more.
The Cauliflower Hotel’s Mexican Bottomless Brunch is just $89 per person and Mediterranean Bottomless Brunch is just $99 per person, and happen every Saturday and Sunday.
